Great is the measure of my Father's love
"Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter in." Luke 18 vs 16-17
Introducing to you the youngest in my family, Jabez Law.. for those of you who do not know me personally.. this is my baby brother..
he's the sweetest gift God has blessed my family with. let me share with you a song he wrote for me:
" Dont cry jie jie.. Jesus buddy you
everyday walk with you, Jesus loves you
Jesus beside you, everyday stay with you....."
Such is a simplicity of a child. When jabez sang that song to me i was so overwhelmed by the presence of God, of the reality of who God is. A father who will never fail to be there, a friend when u are friendless, a lover who loves you for who you are when you are so undeserving of love.
Jabez has taught and reminded me of what it means to be a child again, to have that childlike faith and that purity when he says he loves.
As you continue to grow in God, let your heart be one of total surrender to God and always fix your eyes on Jesus.. You are JESUS's Happy thought and you make him smile.. jus like how jabez makes me smile all the time EVEN when he does silly things.
