Roses are Red... But some are Pink

Hellos everyone!!!!!!
Yeps It's me again....
The nice... PiNk Butterfly!!!!
Awww... aint that picture sweet??? (haha ok dont reply that... just appreciate the pink picture k)
Oh my!!! I've been super duper busy with my Vday comm stuff.
The heaps of admin and the loads of emails is no joke at all!!!
But!!! I've got something to say...
As part of our Vday publicity stunts, we have decided to go give out postcards in orchard.
So it's like community saturation cum Street E. Yeah! and We've decided to give out.... ROSES!
HAND MADE ROSES
Comes in Red and Pink (hence the title of the post)
I never imagined it to be so much work! We used satin material, and it made it really hard to fold. We had 350 roses to fold. I think I did 300/350 cause most people whom I tried to teach... din exactly have nimble fingers. But it was funny watching the small dainty roses get lost in between their BIG fingers... (not mentioning names... but one of our vday comm uncles was the funniest to watch).
Anyway like today after we finally finished, Ying Min happened to find 3 damaged and broken roses. When I looked at them, I told her I didn't want to redo them. I mean... we could just go without the 3... plus we already have 347 done. 3 shouldn't make much difference. Then she said... "How could you give up! What if those 3 roses were meant for 3 specific people whom God wanted to reach out to? You can't just give up on 3 potential salvations!"
Whao! That certainly blew me away! It hit me right at the core! Imagine... Just like the lost sheep... God never gives up. He did everything just to save us. He didn't put us aside just because we were one more troublesome and damaged one. He gave us the chance. So... shouldn't we give others the chance too? Dont give up on them. No matter how small or insignificant our work may be, lets remember the possibility of someone being touched and hence....DO IT UNTO THE LORD!!!!
Love ya, Michelle
