Hi Everyone,

Holiday is coming REALLY soon. Hippie Yuppie...Hooray!
Months of hard work in school certainly deserve a great movie treat.
Really excited about SurVIve this Sunday with all of you around.

Let me introduce the heroes of faith in this show.
Jim Elliot, Ed McCully, Nate Saint, Roger Youderin and Peter Fleming.

What is something common in these 5 men's lives?
I believed apart from Faith, it is Vision.
You will see and find out what is the vision they held on to and how the vision is been fulfilled in this show.

I'm looking forward to see you and your friends.

2 Peter 3:9 -
"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."

Do you envision your friend coming to the saving knowledge of Jesus.
Persevere in your prayer for them. God hears all your prayer.
Continue to invite your friends... Don't give up... Keep trying again and again.

Beside inviting your friends, let's also keep the event and team in prayer.

Prayer Pointers
1. Pray that God will speak through the movie and during the preaching.
2. Pray for open hearts to hear and respond to the message.
3. Pray that God will birth in us a new vision for our schools,campus and camps

Awed.

Not sure when my obsession with skies started... but I remember the days that I would stare at the sky on lazy afternoons - just trying to make out what each cloud look like one after another.
So when I had the chance to travel this time- to KRABI! - I took every opportunity to capture a slice of the beautiful skies that we seldom get to see through our city smog. :)


This one on the left was taken shortly after we took off in the plane... we were actually 'chasing' the sunset... it looked awesome with the thin air and polarized blue...

The one on the right was also taken in the plane... the cloud formations were just simply breath-taking.... it looked menacing...at the same time - MAJESTIC!

Here was a sunset during our romantic dinner! It was hard to keep my eyes on both my beautiful wife and the sunset - at the SAME time. Thankfully - she enjoyed the sunset too... *phew*... ;) The food but so-so...but who cares with a view like that?


Believe it or not - this one on the right is taken just minutes after the last one with the golden sunset. Just look at the beautiful pink and salmon shades....I'm sure Pink Mich will like this one... Did I mention skies were facinating?


Here's one taken from within the limestone caves while walking along the beach. God is just sooooooooooo good. We choose the go during the off-peak season cause it's more affordable. But it is off-peak for the very reason that it rained a lot. But I guess our Heavenly Father really knows the desires of our heart! - it was really beautiful weather when we were there!

Spiderman vs Jesus

It was a hilarious time at Alpha track yest.

I was assigned to teach them- of all the characters in the Spiritual Discipleship Series - Jesus. It was of course one that troubled me much - how does one approach a subject like that!?? A character that has caused nothing short of a contraversy over the course of history.

But thanks to the movie I watched on Monday - I was hit with an inspiration. Yes- I watched Spiderman 3. The show was so-so... but what hit me was the entire excitement, merchandize and all - that preceded the arrival of this hero.

So I thought of a debate sort of thing. I got the trackers into 2 groups - and got them to convince me who was more REAL. I got them to imagine that I was someone from a tribe faraway -never heard of Spiderman nor Jesus, never exposed to media. Of course what proceded was a hilarious time of arguments and counter arguments.

But really - have you ever thought - if truth is what you read and hear on the TV, Newspaper, Media etc... would anyone be tempted to believe in Spiderman more than Jesus?

What do you think? :)

Morning!!

Although there is no fuel this week for the secondary school students, but i still urge and plead you all to be early for service this week :) and zone 2, please don't hang around aimlessly or spent too much time eating k.. why?

Because there is pre-service prayer!!!!! whoppy~ jumps~ hops~ takes out my pom poms~

Let's come together for an exciting time of coporate prayer & i believe you and the people around you will be blessed!

Never thought playing Balderdash could be so hilarious...
But really - just like the filling of the inside of a golf ball to make it bounce further and soar higher...I believe God has done some infilling in each one of us!

Thanks Leaders for your presence and contribution in the Leaders' Summit. It was an amazing time of... playing....planning....perspiring....partaking....praying.....

I believe God is leading us further and deeper... it's exciting where He will lead us in the next lap!

Let the EXOUSIA of God be unleashed!
