Praise Report #3

I have never been a very proactive person when it comes to inviting my friends for church events, because i knew they were not able to come. Instead, I prayed fervantly for them. However, this time, I really felt there was Hope, that my friends could come. Inviting them wasnt easy but to my surprise, many of them were open to coming. Although most faced parental objections, 3 of my friends turned up for the Hope event.

I have 2 close buddies named Jian Wei and Tzy Harn. After months and months of praying, they have finally come to know Jesus, but it stopped there for them. They never did attend church due to parental objection. After I invited them, we continued praying together and Jian Wei finally could come. However, Tzy Harn's parents objected. But this did not stop us from praying. After our prayer of faith, approximately after an hour, he called me to tell me his parents miraculously allowed him to come for the event. Through this event, Jian Wei rededicated and Tzy Harn was well convicted of his faith and Jesus' love. Praise God for His plans:)

Another friend who came was someone I vaguely knew. It was 2 days before Hope, i was at tuition, when God told me to invite Yan Bin. I was scared, but I extended the invitation. He took it and read and said, " Oh your church ah, i think should be no problem la". And he came. Though he did not receive Christ during the event, I believe a seed was sown in his heart and we can definitely see more of him around church soon.

Praise report #2!

I must really thank God for all the opportunities, that He has given me in reaching out to my friends!

I've gotten to know a person, by the name of Abigail, through National Youth Council. We did not know each other well. However, my friends and I constantly touched on the topic of Christianity, I got to know that Abigail is actually a christian.

God provided an opportunity for me to speak with her. And she began to share about the emptiness she feels in her spiritual walk with God. So, I took the opportunity to tell her a bit about Trinity, and the culture of it - and Abigail was immensely interested!

She accepted my invitation to our Easter Sunday service and was very receptive towards Trinity.
I will continue to invite her for future Ignyte services

God will always provide opportunities for each and every one of us to reach out to our friends - and don't fear about anything when opportunities come, as God will always guide you, to ensure that every chance that you've gotten is fulfilling! (: All glory to God.

Praise Report for HOPE!

I was very excited when my friend, Larissa said that she was able to make it for the event-HOPE. The most important thing was that she accepted Christ! I was jumping for joy!
When the Spiritual Parents asked her what she wanted to pray for since she had accepted Christ, do you know what she said? She said she wanted to pray that her whole family would come to know God and accept him.
Isn't that amazing?
All praise to the Mighty God!!
